TOYOTA's global standard service display, purchase and sale center designed with 5-storey main building block with use functions including: Toyota car display and service area; Hotel + restaurant + other services The overall premises are designed harmoniously and in accordance with the shape, elevation of the terrain, ensuring safe distances, setbacks, construction regulations and requirements and  fire protection fire protection. Building a protective fence on the western and southern land boundaries, while the land boundary bordering Road No. 1 and Road No. 2 without building a fence, creates a clear view of Xuan Huong Lake and Yersin Park. Maximize the planning criteria in order to bring the highest efficiency to use.
Due to the elevation of the topography of the land and suitable for the use of the project, two entrances to the building will be arranged on the road No. 1 and Road No. 2. In which the gate on the road No. 1 is the entrance to the guest hotel restaurant, gate on 2nd Street is the entrance to Toyota automobile display and service area.
Construction density of the building is low, 39.96%, the proportion of green areas in the building is quite high (20.92%), helping to create a fresh and harmonious environment for the general landscape.
Technical infrastructure system: all water supply, drainage and electricity pipes for the project are connected to the common system of the area.
